I've just got a Gsi, really pleased with it. i paid £7900 for a red one with 26k on the clock, phase 1 remap and few bit done too it and i was suprised how well it goes!! Would love a VXR but their almost double the price so can't really compare the two.

Why not . Just cause they're more expensive doesnt necessarily make them better [see various CTR debates ]. I'm just interested to try and find out how much the two differ.

Umm, in this case the VXR is better. We wouldn't have spent 17k on one if we hadn't thought it was better than the GSi Rachel already had.

I know the VXR is better, but buying a car isn't always a rational process... even more so if a woman is involved and the words "it looks pretty" come into it .

i like the old gsi's think they have a lot more maturer look than the new vxr's.
