Would you notice a flash from a camera mid day bright sunshine? i was doing a delivery and mind wondered and i think i was doing 33mph in 30 but didnt see any flash.

most likely notice it, i saw the falsh when the gto behind me got flashed at about 2 in the afternoon 3 weeks ago
and there is an allowance of 10% the limti plus 2 mph before they go off

ok thats good. its the weirdist camera thats why i didnt see it because it is in the middle of the road on a island and its not pointing either way just straight in the middle. its it aylesbury btw if anyone knows it
