Our office is plonked in the middle of a small "historic" town. Only about 4 buses a day to and from this town from where I live, non of which align within an hour of my start/end times.
I work either early shifts (6.30 until 16.00), Lates (13 0 until 22:30) or nights (21:30 - 07:30)
Work provide a park and ride service, on late shifts when I turn up, its usually full and I have to park on some grass somewhere, and the PnR is also guarded by a tranny, which isn't nice.
On earlies when I arrive, the PnR isn't even running
Work also has a carpark, there is one spot designated for IT, and is taken by our late shift (there are 2 people working the shift, so one has to grasstrannypark) The early shift normally take this spot, then move over to PnR mid morning, leaving the other early worker to either park in another spot then move before they arrive, or park on the street until PnR starts up.
this morning, I didn't move my car quick enough (was only one of us manning the desks, so was stuck) and as a result the facilities manager has banned my access to carpark. I responded telling him how inadequate his parking was, and he told me to park on the street (3 hour controlled parking zone or ticket) and to stop being a cheeky cunt.
I dug up a mail from late last year that he sent, advising people NOT to park on the street due to vandalism.
So wtf am I left to do? I understand that some establishments simply can't provide parking (ie in a city centre etc), however a city centre has adequate public transport. We're out in the middle of nowhere thanks to cheap land prices and cost cutting cunts.
Do I have grounds to complain about our parking situation, or is it my own problem to find somewhere to park?

In my work we have a carpark which can be full sometimes. When people parked just outside they used to get parking tickets until some1 complained and now u can park there as long as u like for free, so u may have some grounds to complain. I work for the government though so dont no if this made a difference
