but just think in a couple of months when all these costs are in the past, will you regret selling, i would say you would, and you will want it back, and that wont be possible

they are having a laugh imo

if thats all the damage it doesn't look to bad as only cosmetic, just run it round like that till you have the cash to fix it mate, not worth selling/splitting as you will regret it in the long run

aye.. doesn't look like it there but the wing is folded up in on itself at the front.. there's a whole right through the bumper, then cracks all the way to the top and it's a bit out of shape.. not sure what's up with the headlight, hopefully nothing.

ah couldn't see that in the pics.

imo i'd get a bumper & wing from the scrappy, you can pick them up fairly cheap & will save you the hassle of splitting/selling your car

If you get rid of it for that damage, you're made. Ok, it doesn't look perfect like it did but if it still drives and nothing looks like it'll fall off, you can still open the bonnet etc then KEEP IT, you'll totally regret it otherwise.

You should have seen the state of my Gsi bumper when i got it. It was alot worse than that.

After some TLC, p40 and some P38, it's now like brand new after paint.

You only need a wing and the price of a re-paint on the front bumper. Sorted.

I went to the police station but they said I'd be wasting my time.. I filled out a report regardless though. Can only hope for the best!

i drive around with a sratched wing near the headlight and a dented bonnet. fuck paying to have it repaired when i don't need to

if you sell that car because of that amount of damage, you will definitely regret it. you can repair the bumper yourself if you wanted to.

Dom, if need a temporary front bumper, I still have the original black plastic one in my garage. Don't split it, just be paitence!

thats fuck all damage

I hit someone from behind creased bonnet, front wing, smnahed headlight and split bumper

Cost 300 all in to repair and was a top job
