Has anyone ever actually bought anything from this company?

I bought a pair of their 12o clock dials, Eventually got some made up and sent on 06 March 2007 after them fucking up at once point and sending me this email

I dont know what happened but we must send a new one.

I then got a bit worried on what he was going on about so asked him to explain and he then replied he didnt know but a new set has been sent.
Still waiting for them to this day.
