How do you manage to do a picture like that, or it it one picture of bonnet closed and one picture not, then photoshopped together?

take two pics one with door open one with closed. overlay them, then just use the eraser tool set at a semi opaque opacity to rub out the door, piece of piss really

its easy, take a picture with the door closed and another in same position with the door open...

then merge the two pictures together using photoshop, and erase the top layer out and hay presto
