Speedo 8mph out can it be corrected?

Ive got 195/50/15 on a corsa so speedo its out a little !!!

So can it be corrected DIY ? if so how ?

I know its minor and most cars a 3mph out, but im curious if it can be solved

You can remove the needle and replace it but it will be more a case of trial and error to get it right.

i might just give that a go then, easy to pull the needle off?

I had a road angel in the car and sat at different speeds to check, then to confirm what that said i did the same with a sat nav and 8mph it is
