Raynauld's is a rare vasospastic disorder which affects usually the fingers and toes. And attacks causing blood vessels to narrowing consequently resulting in blood being unable to get to the surface of the skin etc.

I think I get this. It happens rarely, but when it does it's bloody painful and I can hardly move!

Get it diagnosed, means you can have lots of sick time off work.

But it only happens around once every 3-4 months? Jus starts off as a light pain then gets really really painful. So painful I can't drive or hardly move!

You should still get it officially diagnosed regardless because it it is Raynauld's without the correct management/treatment etc it can result in tissue death (worst case scenario) ie: to hand/feet/affected areas
