I agree entirely. Especially if its a crunch game that you MUST win that you get past without any major headache. This does drive me to a point where I storm off for a few hours, but come back like a dog on its belly

My pc is through missus work....fully protected...It's a BT deal so if it goes wrong we phone BT and they sort it..Not had any problem though so far...
