Has anyone had any problem removing the inlet plastic piping that goes begind the engine?

Looks like it could be a pain in the arse.

not really mate never had to remove the entrie inlet only the inlet manifold when doing head gaskets
its just hard to remove the black plastic tubing out whole
so i have heard and looks tight!
just cut through it unless you want to keep it to return it to standard one day

they trunking has 2 torx bolts on the back of the lower inlet manifold, just lower the drivers side engine mount by a few cm and it comes out easier as the engine can then tip forward a bit.

Thats what im thinking. Im sure ill try and carefully take it out but get pissed out with it and just rag it out

why not, everyone else rings me when fitting inlet boxes cams, suspension, throttle bodies, brakes............
