why are the accelerator pedals so stiff on corsa b sxi's and sports? the one on my breeze is well soft!

Mine was the other way round, the Sport pedal is stiffer than the one in my old LS.

my ones fine (sxi).

bit weird though as if you push down soft you get to a certain point which feels like the floor but you can push down more.

got used to it after 10k miles though

i have a ls and mine is rock solid, tryed wd40, worked for a while but still really stiff

get some sparco pedals and they will go faster or irmscher for the smoothness
