Yeah the drifting were bad but the cars were nice tho and the lasses giving out those free passenger ride things were mint

I agree with dan, was a complete load of shit. have seen better drifting by the chavs over the local field in their 1.1 saxos.

i really dont understand the whole rage of drifting at the moment.

Drifters can be really really anoying on trackdays....

infact, it was everything I hate about the 'modified car scene'

1. lots of chavs
2. neons on cars
3. LED tyre valves
4. people fitting skiddy tyres and going round in circles
5. people wearing subaru race team jackets
6. strobe headlights
7. you get the idea.


the 'drifting' was rubbish, not impressed at all (they were meant to be the uk champion D1 drivers) but after every lap they did about 10 mins of donuts which wasnt impressive at all.

funniest bit was a lad that grabbed onto the side of a car while it was doing a donut, he lost his grip, pulled the window out and smashing it on the floor, stood up then the car smacked him over when the back end came round

lol so you wont be going again dave??? . im not into drifting at all either .. just find it boring to watch sooner watch some old escorts ragging it round a forrest anyday .. but you still get all the subaru jackets which ever car show you go to 'mines the blue one with the gold writing on'

never again.

the MOST annoying thing was the lack of drifting, got there at about 6.30 and left at 8.30 after seeing only 6 cars do 2 laps each. was freezing bastard cold, 35 minute cue at the burger stand and had some woman commentating with an annoying cockney accent that knew fuck all about what was going on, kept saying: "the cars will be back on in 2 mins" and after standing round for 40 mins with no cars on, we fucked off for a kebab.
