where can i buy a pair from? ive just bought some new discs from LMF but need the spigot rings before i can fit them

When I got my brakes from LMF they supplied the spiggot rings with the brakes.

I think Chris Astley does them as well.

wow thats alot of money for little goods. what are the internal and external diametres for them and what lenght? can make these up from any material for a third of the price
