is there a difference in power also top end etc...

vtr is 1.6 8v, vts is 1.6 16v (same as 106 gti).

Have you thought about asking these sorts of questions on frenchsports club or 106owners though? It is a corsa site after all and you make maybe one too many unrelating posts. I only generally post threads on the site with updates on my car or if I am seeking advice from certain members and need advice for which case I post in the help zone. Otherwise im usually on rallye register, psooc or talk-torque these days. Thats not a dig, I genuinly think another site might be able to give more helpful replies.
