Ok my front supension is screwed, the shocks have given up! Got new ones on order. But pulling away from a set of traffic lights earlier a little bit spiritedly, the road was in bad condition and the car jumped around struggling for grip, knocked it into second but it felt gutless. Pulled up and it was vibrating on tick over, TBH it still goes when you put your foot down but what could be wrong with it? it vibrates on over run aswell, could it be driveshaft???

Any help would be much appreciated!

possibly an engine mount that could cause the vibrations on tick over and the engine might be out of alignment with the gearbox so that could also piss on its chips.

my dad works for peugeot so ill give him a ring n see if he has got ne thin to say

That would be blinding mate, someone on SSC recons it'll be an engine mount, the thing is it goes into gear easier!

jus got of phone with the old man

wont b drive shafts if its vibrating on tick over

if the timing is out then it would make it vibrate but would still run but be rough

also the engine mount could be a good possablity

also the gear change wount make much of a diff cos its bolted and quite solid but he sed id support it as soon as cos somethin could be bending and then completly mess everythin up when u straightne it up!

hope it helps
