Yip great read, he's a third generation wrestler though so it is pretty much all about wrestling as he was brought up with his dad on the road.

If you're wanting a really interesting read try Mick Foleys, that guy is held together with glue string with all the injuries he's had

Read Mick Foleys autobiography and you'll start to doubt that, he's had punctured lungs to ripped off ears from being entangled in the ropes, which also almost killed him.

WCW used to use elevator cables for ropes
