as above?will i be able to fit any bigger than 256mm behind them?need to upgrade my brakes pronto but duno what to use! cheers

v6 ones, 288mm i think they are.

yeah. i asked this a while ago. 288mm v6 brakes do fit behind cav wheels.

they do yes very close but just fit

no they dont had to grind the calipers so there was clearence

I know of more than one person who has 288s with V6 calipers behind them with NO grinding.

They're fine.

didnt grind mine, just cant put weights on the caliper side of the rim, thats all

i thought v6 brakes were 308mm

256mm. Same as the 1.6's sports and GSi's.
