For a couple of weeks now, have been getting the telltale burning clutch smell from time to time. Apart from that, the car seems fine, speed still increases with revs etc.
Only seems to smell when I've been giving it some through bendy roads, and it occurred to me tonight that I have an oil leak where the distributor mounts to the cylinder head. Have been losing a fair bit of oil, but none appearing in water/burning from exhaust, so is it possible that it's leaking out round the dizzy, then seeping down between the bell housing and block where it's getting onto the clutch?

mine pisses out the rocker cover gasket smells a bit fruity when it gets on the manifold
