Just Declared my Corsa as SORN, but was just wondering when it say that the car must not be driven or parked on a public road, would it apply to me as i live with my sister in her flat, and the carpark is not a public carpark, it has electric gates that only residents and some of my mates know the code.

what you guys/girls think?

Thats private parking and doesn't count.
