write me a small guide on how to remove and fit an aftermarket handbrake handle and gaiter and remove and fit an aftermarket gear surround and gaiter?

nah robin, i mean remove standard and replace with aftermarket on both the handbrake and gears!

gearknob should twist and pull off but mine i ended up sawing to buggery and ripping it apart. as for handbrake i havent done that yet still on my to do list looks hard tho.

already got an aftermarket gear knob on now, got the hacksaw on it lol!

the gaiter just pulls off once the knob is off, if its an aftermarket knob have a look if theres a grub screw on it befor you break out the hacksaw

i fittde the aftermarket gear knob i have on now, getting that off is no prob! think i know how to do it now anyway lol

It sounds a bit ghey, but the Max Power/ Haynes corsa modifying book is really useful for this sort of thing.

Dont invest in one just nip in halfrauds and look through, save your money and just browse at the info you need. My local halfrauds only down the road so its easy just for a quick reference
