car is now in the body shop and been thinking about having the scuttle panel painted,my car is arden blue and has a reiger rs kit fitted and its looks euro,what would you do?pic and comments welcome

there is something called to much.. i had a smooth scuttle on my old one and sprayed it black

i think i would look nice because the whole car is 1 colour but then i think if i leave it,it will break the car up and also look nice

i'd say a shiny black if other parts on the car are black or colour coded if the whole car is colour coded

Modify your car to your taste, not so that people on a forum can categorise your modifications and tell you that you can't do something because it's not in the right style.
I prefer scuttles to be a different colour to the rest of the panels on the car Satin black is a lot better than bare plastic - especially if you paint the roof rails on the car the same colour, and maybe even the wheels...

if you colour coded the rest of the body you should do the scuttle

thining of keeping it black now because it will match all the window rubbers and the black edgeing around the windows,and its an accent colour that sets off the blue
