What happens in the end?

I only saw up to the bit when his arm seems to split open and he sprays flesh coloured paint on himself to hide all the gizmos inside, but had to attend to some business so never finished the film

I really cant be arsed to watch it again, so if some kind person can just quickly fill me in then that would be just dandy!
