As above, my cousin had a baby girl at the weekend, the baby has enough clothing etc to open a shop. I wanted to buy something for her that will be kept type of thing? upto about £500.

any ideas?

hmm somthing to keep, id say go buy one of them little kits wear you can get there Feet and hands prints in that plaster of paris stuff (sp) thats always a cute gift, but if you have a Big budget , Open a savings account for her for when shes older??

you can open savings accounts that can only be opened on a certain Birthdays like "18th" or "16th"

Buy a nice piece of jewellery for her as a keepsake, and invest the rest in her name for the future
