how the hell do you remove the headlights from a corsa b, im fitting my depos but cant get the old headlights out at all, it says in the haynes manual you have to drop the bumper but how the hell do you do that, you must have to remove the front arch and arch liner which i dont know how to do also!

rubbish. undo the 2 visiable bolts then just pull it. dont break clips though

You dont have to remove the bumper, i had mine out the other day. Undo the two screws holding the light in, unplu all the wires and wiggle it out should come out with a bit of gentle persuation

trust me it doesny, do i have to remove the motor at the back of the light as well, its seems to be catching on the bumper thats why it wont wiggle out!

No, you won't be able to get enough force on the motor at the back to pull it out - that is extremely tight.

Pull it out at an angle (it's really hard to describe. I scratched the top, black plastic of my light on the slam panel (bit where the VIN plate, bonnet catch is etc) to get mine out, that is how tight it is.

You don't need to remove the bumper, trust us.

bingo lol, fukin previous own had tie-wrapped it at the bottom lol, no wonder it wasnt coming out!

Yeah, I got some Halfords White Brilliance bulbs - supposedly 30% brighter. But in Depos, they are the same as standard bulbs. They do pick up reflective stuff (i.e. signs) much better though. Cost £9.99 per bulb iirc.

mine were brighter than before so yeah. make sure they are buy one get one free other wise no.

Yup, I didn't really notice a difference between Depos with 30% brighter bulbs than standard with standard bulbs. Just shows how pooh Depos could be with standard bulbs.
