I have some rust around my rear number plate surround (escort).I also have some under each arch on the arch lip.

The paint and general condition of the bodywork is bloody good, so I dont really want panels resprayed etc. For the likes of the rust that I'd like sorting , could it be done without doing the whole panel , and how ?

grind out the rust
etch prime
prime,
paint
and blend the paint in to the rest of the panel

its trick of light ect uses cars lines to hide the join and fade the paint outwardsthen a good polish and its so fine it blends
