So with the Corsa gone - it was time to move on.

So on Saturday took a trip to Staines to look at a mk3 Golf GTi.
Was really impressed with the car.
Edit - so i did buy it

Apart from a little blow on the exhaust its totally spot on.

Its not quick, but it has enough to see me out of trouble. Just so nice to drive and i cant get over how well bulit it is.

Lovely car

Pics to follow

IMO thats one of the nicest colours for the MK3.

I had a 1.4 in that colour and when polished up it was REALLY tidy looking.

I sold that Golf 1 month later as it was just too slow and uninvolving comapred to my SR Nova. Its an old mans car.

Is it a Wolfberg edition? My mate just sold an identical one (8v) for £1375 FSH 98,000miles and mint condition.

I have to say its the most boring and bland car i've ever driven

Reliable, dependable and fantastic build quality but boy was it boring to drive... sorry
