Most phone shops can do any work there and then unless it's really buggered. You're problem is cosmetic (altho it's a gay touch screen crap) so i'd go to a local one, but that's up to you.

You could always take out insurance on it now, give it a week and then claim if its too expensive to fix.

Possibly i'm not sure if they will ask to see the phone depends on the policy i suppose. However, you could get a shiny new phone in return so i'd take out a policy and do what Ash said.

Can't you buy insurance over the phone from your network provider or whatever? They wouldnt see the phone, if they ask if its in good condition just lie.
