its my mums birthday in 2 months and what we were thinking about doing is taking her for a weekend trip to dublin, to the guinness place (because she loves it) and maybe afew other places.

basically looking for rough prices of how much a trip like this is likely to be and any places that would be worth a visit etc.

also good websites to look on for more info and bookings etc etc

go to the jamesons distillery too always worth a look! and you get whisky.

i went to dublin in dec (pics in my garage) and the guiness factory was one of the places we visited its awesome!!

flew with ryanair and it cost £25 return

found our hotel here

that website is good because you can pretty much budget yourself and find something to suit

food and drink is expensive but i found that if you like shopping its much cheaper

and the people are great!

ryanair has given me 99p fares which got me excited then all taxes and shit were added on

4 people = £145

yes my ryanair flight was 1p but went up with tax

also sat to mon is cheaper than fri to sun

£145 aint bad for 4 though

flights are pretty much sorted so know ryanair are cheapest...!

think we might go for a 4 star hotel in the city centre if possible...

if anyone has recommendations please tell me
