Right guys, a mate of mine is wanting to have metal bars in his bumper. Its not to my taste and he knows it but hes made up his mind.
We have drilled the holes in the bumper but as its got a curve in it we need to curve the bars/rails. Is there an easier way to get it perfectly symetrical? is there any tools i could use? At the moment i we are just bending it ourselves and i'm not happy with it.

use a copper pipe bending spring and a template drawn on some card to follow

yer, its my mate sams. He got a good deal on the kit as he got it when it first came out so it was custom designed for his car

works by putting the pipe you want bending into the centre of the spring and holding both ends and bending it. will give a more uniform bend that doing it manually.
