Currently have a Vectra Estate SRi150 but we are getting rid cos it cost to much to run so we are getting a new small car, same as the one below.
[img][/img]
Not gonna be as low cos it's a company car so can't touch it. It's a VW Polo sport 1.9TDi 100PS but it's getting remapped straight away to 130+/-.
Getting it in Anthracite with Anthracite interior

Polo Sport specification
(in addition to the Standard Specification)

Air conditioning, 'Climatic' semi-automatic control
Alloy wheels, four 6J x 15 'Charade' with 195/55 R15 tyres and anti-theft wheel bolts
Body coloured bumper strips, side bump strips and door handles
Body coloured door mirrors with integrated indicators
Chrome trimmed radiator grille
Chrome-plated instrument surrounds
Chrome-plated internal door handles and handbrake knob
Driver's and front passenger's seat height adjustment
Driver's and front passenger's under seat drawer (5 door only)
Easy entry sliding seats (for access to rear seats, 3 door)
Electric windows, front
Electrically heated and adjustable door mirrors
Front fog lights
Front sports seats
Illuminated vanity mirrors
Leather trimmed steering wheel, gear knob and handbrake grip
Luggage compartment light
Multifunction computer
Radio/MP3 Compatible CD player with RDS, 8 speakers and roof aerial
Remote central locking and alarm with 2 folding keys
Split folding rear seat
Sports suspension
Storage area with lid, dash centre
Two tone horn
Upholstery - 'Limit' cloth

Options we have picked are the optional 16" wheels(same as pic), Ipod connection in glove compartment, Carpet mats set - Anthracite
Electric rear windows, Front passenger airbag deactivation and Winter Pack - Heated Front seats, heated washer jets, headlight washers.

Wot do you think and has anyone had any good or bad points about them?

No the GTi is 150bhp but 1.8 petrol, we need a diesel to save on fuel. Can't lower it due to being a company car. I will be have it re-mapped though straigh away so will be same as Skoda Fabia RS performance wise.

yeah i knew they done the gti 20vt just wondered if they put the 150bhp wiesel in it, looks better than the fabia diffinately, the 100bhp one won't remap to the same performance of a fabia as they are 150bhp.

only bad thing i've heard about the 1.9 tdi's is when people remap them the clutches don't last long due to massive increase in torque.

They won't know about the re-map, it's un traceable other than putting on a rolling road.

Remap will take it to same as Fabia RS, as it's the same engine but 130bhp, 0-60 9.5 seconds.
Clutch won't matter as it's company carit goes back after3 years for a new one.

wrong, it will be remapped via the obd2 port, and for warranty work vw probably could pick up on this.

Edit : used wrong quote.

I've had it comfirmed by both AwsomeGTI and F1 Automotive andboth say it can't be traced. Wot could happen is when they service it they might reset it so all I have to do is take it back to be redone free cos I just buy the superchip code.

Yeah the polo as standard is 100bhp but the remap takes it to 130-133bhp give or take a few.

i take it your having a revo remap done??? it is traceable, all they would have to do is log requested boost and see it is running far too much boost, Some VW garages sell the revo software so they aren't stupid, and after 30k when you need a new clutch they will know why.

We did want one of them but the company who sorts the cars out only deal with new VW, Audi, BMW and Mini's. The Polo was best choise as we ditn't want a basic car like a golf S and only other option in our price range was mini cooper which won't fit our dog in the back.
