Skky is gay first my skybox turns itself off every 5mins so i try and call sky. 15mins of trying and the Phone network is still busy. NOW im through and it says your call will be answered in under 17mins I WANT TO WATCH TVVVVV!!!

Rant over i hate sky this is the second broken box they have fitted

Im guessing there is a big problem with Sky then if its happening to more than one box!

Right it seems sky has a problem on their end and are trying to deal with the hundreds of calls they are receiving.

She just told me to do the standard disconnect the box from the mains for 10 secs and then plug it back in and switch it on .

Then told me to wait until tomorrow before calling back. Piss take really so just waiting to see if this fixes the problem.

took me 4 mins in a phone que to be told by a nice Indian man that they know what the problem is....if only i had read this thread first lol

kinda off topic how many boxes can you have in a multiroom subscription? we have two already is it possible to get a third?
