try owning a Garage, this happens on a weekly basis. this week I had a car booked in for a new timing belt and other stuff so booked out 4 hours. bought the parts in and waited........

cheeky badger didnt even bother turning up or even ringing to let me know. so I lost 4 hours labour (£120) and £100 worth in parts.

the joys of not returnable deposits if parts need to be bought in.

This would really piss me off, But I surpose that's one down point about having a business. Sure you can use the parts on another car, eventually
