Thought I'd share the recipe in case anyone is interested

You will need...

1x large ish sweet potato
2x onions
1/2 fresh cauliflower
1/2 fresh brocolli
5 slices of 'Discovery' Red Jalapeños
1/2 Jar of Sharwoods Green Thai Curry sauce

Dice the sweet potato and boil for about 3 mins, chop the cauliflower, brocolli and onion and add to the sweet potatoes, boil for a further 5 minutes. Drain most of the water off and pour the veg into the blender along with a dash of milk, half the jar of curry sauce and a few bits of red jalapeño to liven it up a bit, and blend.

It should be enough to make about 4 servings, its cheap, healthy and delicious

Seved in one of those free Baileys Latté glasses that I posted up on here a while ago
