who sells them? so far I have looked at:

Bailey
Promotasport

any others? both those are silly money (£115) and only a few £ off for trade. and the promotasport doesnt even come with a new cap for the coolant bottle.

Would their be real demand for these if I made some? I know a few decent engineers etc, might even do some for Evos (under cutting cost of others!).

If there was enough interest then I can probably ask around.

ProAlloy, which again, will be expensive, but better than any you've mentioned so far.

no, it will take up too much time to do them. plus I would look to sell them at about £80 each. labour charges are £40 an hour for normal work at Vsport so after the cost of materials I would only be able to spend 1 hour on making each tank to make it worthwhile. it will take longer than 1 hour per tank.

is there not somewhere local who could manufacture x amount for you at so much per unit and then you add the vsport brand and sell on at a slight profit to yourself?
