This is really the first mod on my car other than the ICE, the car hasnt been cleaned yet as ive not had time (only had it 3 days its been dark when i get home everyday from work).
Next week its getting slammed down 60 & 40. Plans for this weekend :
paint drums, full wax and polish and swap the back wheels around (i put them on the wrong way round directional tyres).
Other than the ICE and wheels all ive done is debadge and de-mud flap! - pics taken before i took the flaps off!
All im looking for is feed back on the alloys

Get the back to black out. Them plastics nearly match the paint.

the spaces have been removed and the arches ground back a bit since the images, they dont stick out much any more and the wheels not straight on the front

sticking out waaaay to muchis wrong offset..
et 45-49 is what you should be aiming for on a corsa...
get some black wheels on it

check the back of the wheel and se if there's a marking "ET" or even a letter "E"...if it's something like 45 you should be fine. But from the pics looks like it's ET 35 to me.

Offset is how much the wheels stick out. Corsa's are offset 49 (et49), if the wheels have an offset lower, ie, say et35, they will stick out
edit: beaten to it

look on the inside of the wheel somewhere, it'll say, like, et37 probably, or 35?
et something anyway, should be 42-49 for a corsa.
its the fitment of the wheel, to be more precise, distance from the back of the mounting face to the centre line of the wheel.

the wheels stick out to far. the ideal offset for a corsa is between et45 and et49 mine are 17's lowered 60mm with an et45.

i may be wrong with the off set bit though but no doubt i will be corrected.

aah, i see. They don't stick out at all now as above i took the spacers away and ground away at the arches so they sit flush!

I would leave the mudflaps on.
Have you got any pics now you've taken away the spacers?
