wanting to transfer some money to a new account i've just set up, as im starting an i.v.a soon, and don't want my current (old bank) to be able to freeze my new bank account (with another bank) i.e old one = Halifax, New one = Lloyds TSB.

Does anyone know if they can freeze a different account?
