i think it happens during normal driving.but i dont exactly know what tey are talking about when they say it.

big wheels = tramlining
basicly meens that the car tries to follow the road camber and surface, as if its on tramlines. feels like its steering itself

my old corsa used to do it on some 15's with dodgy offset, turned the steering wheel like 90 degrees sometimes (only at about 10-15mph though)
not done it since putting the tigger rims on though
