I bought a blender/juicer/smoothie maker combo the other day to try and help me keep healthy and get my 5 a day etc, and im loving in! Used the blender to make a smoothie for lunch with...

2x bananas
2x peeled kiwi fruit
5x large ripe strawberries
Bit of milk
1fl oz of cream of coconut (Firt time I've tried it, got it for xmas as part of a cocktail kit and its quite bad for you - very sweet but very cocountty)

I also made my own carrot and corriander soup last night with a little bit of green thai curry paste and it was reallllly nice too. Only cost about 70p to make enough for 3 of us, healthy and filling

I cant be arsed making my own and cleaning all the rubbish up so just buy Innocent smoothies. The mango one is gorgeous

i think its quite funny that you say you got it to be healthy yet you put some coconut stuff in that you say is bad for you lol.

its pure fruit, if its not kept fresh it would give off gases and expand in the bottle!
