i got these splitfire springs adjusters things today to sort out scrubbing and wondering what postion would be best. it says heavy duty force it right to the top of the spring or light duty place mid way.

Which would be best as all i want is for the rubbing to stop and for me to have mayb some people in the back and not to raise it too much

Quick reply would be great as i am hoping to do it today.

best bet is take a rubber mallet to the arches then it wont be raised at all but shouldnt scuff if done right
