Me and the rest of the family is going down to Lahndahn later in the year for my great grandmothers 100th birthday.
She lives in 'Sutton'
Are there any hotels in Sutton?
What's the nearest airport?
What's the nearest train station?
What's the nearest tube station? (If any)
Cheers peeps.

Sutton in Surrey, yes?
If so, I think Sutton only has a normal (i.e. BR) train station.
Heathrow is the nearest airport.

Yes, I think Surrey? Not 100% sure
Do you know if Carshalton is near there? If so, it is definetly that one, as my aunty lives in Carshalton nearby...

yeah thats defo sutton in surrey, i work in wallington which is in between sutton / carshalton / croydon, your nearest airport is gatwick, you can get a train all the way down, my HO is in newcastle and the big boss up there gets a train down, i think it goes directly to kings cross (i think) then gets another one to East Croydon, from here you could get a bus or another train to sutton. There is a few hotels in croydon, not sure about sutton, it's reffered to as SLUTTON so you might get lucky and not need a hotel!!!

no, try getting the train to croydon. I think thats the easiest. either way a cab from croydon or morden wouldn't be much more than £20.
