my car is a Mreg 1.4 SRI vauxhall corsa... does that mean it is a corsa B???

B, yes.

A is Nova, B is bubble shape, C is pointy, D is a renault clio.

yes mate corsa b. corsa A is commonly refered to as Novas in this country corsa c are the newer ones with triangular front lights and the corsa D has just been released.
