i know of some 1 who has a policy of her own and has built up 1 yrs ncb, but recently her bro got a car, and he is insured under his sisters name in another policy
so she has 2 car policies
but yesterday her bro opened his door and an oncoming car hit it and mangled it up, the other guy is claiming.
what will happen to her 1st policy with 1yrs ncb? will the insurance company have to be notified that she has made a claim on another policy, but it wasnt her that caused the accident?
what effect will it have on her insurance policy next year?

i know its a claim from her 2nd policy, but she didnt cause it, it was the named driver that made the claim on her 2nd policy? is that not taken into account?
