I found a website a while back, that when you typd in the car registration number, it came up with the amount of previous owners ect, but also the registered CC of the engine in the car?

Was looking at the AA website, but it doesn't state the displacement?
Anyone know a website alike the one i've described above?

Aha, sorry it wasnt the AA website I was on, it was the RAC's on, they dont display registered car displacement either.

Tis fun going through peoples garages on here and seeing whos put the engine conversions on the logbooks

not legally

however you could try contacting the dvla who then may contact the person on your behalf
i take it you either have a problem with someone or want to steal a car
