right ive searched evrywhere on here and keep finding mixed answers.

basically, when the management light turns on, and the egr faultcode comes up....

whatneeds doing?

ive tried cleaning it out.

can you block it off, and the EM light switch off?

or just buy a new one to get the managment light off?

get a new egr valve! thats what i did! it was then sorted!

Few options

1 get new EGR and have it fitted

2 Get new EGR and have it fitted then also fit a GM blanking plate which is found on the opel astra x16xel

3 Clean old EGR and correct fault

4 Clean old EGR and fit GM blanking plate which is found on the opel astra x16xel
