Bulmers Ltd. do not own the trade mark for Bulmers outside of the Republic of Ireland.
The Magners name is derived from the name of local Clonmel man, William Magner, who in 1935 started cider production and founded the company which is today Bulmers of Clonmel.

i start with pints or bottles of whatever lager is cheapest then move onto the JD and coke or vodka and coke later in the night. only touch alcopops if im completely fucked or if they are dead cheap and im skint

i love magners an can drink it all nite, but i cnt stand bulmers tastes completely difrnt to me, surely they must add something difrnt when making it if its from the same place?

Usually a pint of lager to start off (Fosters or Carling), then after quite a few will either hit the southern comforts and coke or somethimes redbull vodka (not often).
Then when im truley plastered the usual criminal shots and then usually alchopops (Reef Orange if they have it or summin else)

It usually starting on stella/corona, then moving onto vodka redbull or vodka coke and a couple of sambuca's thrown in for me at the min... however i'm going to have to cut back as i've gotta start saving some money for going back to uni next year !!
