...Whenever I'm in traffic the car infront leaves a gap of around 3 car spaces then proceeds to crawl until the lights changes, everyone else then has to shift forward. Why not just roll up and stop for crying out loud? Then theres those at the front of the queue that need reminding that the lights have just changed otherwise we'll all be sat there all day. Quite simple, when the bottom light is lit you go  Then theres those that set off so slowy I have to dip the clutch in order to keep my engine running, and don't get me started on van drivers that are just out for a gentle drive.
God I hate driving through town.

this really annoys me - sometimes i'm tempted to overtake and whip into the big gap they leave in front

You are not the only one who feels this way I thought it was just Grimsby full of these tossers, unfortunalty at dinner time when i go to dinner I spend all of 10 mins there and back with the clutch in - fcuking nightmare

I leave a gap in town, because i maintain that people drive like dins.
Seeing the amount of cars that end up Jamming their breaks on and ending up in a zig-zag pattern along the road makes me cringe.

i leave a gap sometimes, just means i can keep crwaling slowly and dont have to stop in the traffic, take it out of neutral, hand brake on and then redo it all to move again! Lazy really but who cares!
i also drive a van and beleive me.. i dont drive it gently!
