You can park ANYWHERE in two spaces and if its pay and display you can buy two tickets.
My brother works for VINCI and they're not allowed to fine a car until they see how many tickets it has.

i always put ppls reg numbers in my mobile if i park next to someone so i got some1 to blame lol

extreme!!! but tbh i hate parking anywhere near other cars, very rarely park in multistoreys. never parked over 2 spaces though, i think people who do this are annoying pricks.
