chewing gum is shit
drinking water helped me, going outside as you would for a smoke, but having a drink of water instead.

I had a drag of a fag last night as 1 nearly got caught by security looking around american adventure last night, my heart was pumping, so needed some, but didnt tbh.
I can honestly say it was like trying your first ever fag, the taste was weird, and bloody horrible, i dont know why i ever smoked! True about smoking ruining your taste buds!

From about 20 a day each for me and the missus = £10 per day we have for the last week and a half cut it down to 20 fags a day between us =£5..SO I am happy with this for the time being and hopefully cut it out altogether soon...
With me it's the habit more than the nicotine Like having a fag after dinner and at break times at work etc..

I was the same, have stopped for 4 weeks on tuesday. dont miss it at all now. dont think ill ever go back on them again. read the allen carr book. helped me loads. have stopped before for 6 months and started again, but i dont think i will go back on them again.
chewing gum doesnt help me coz i chew gum constantly anyway regardless of smoking altho i have noticed i am chewing less as my breath isnt as foul due to nicotine
