I'd get goodyear eagle F1's personally. Other people rate Uniroyals.

Toyos are great in the wet but a set only lasted me 6 months odd. Been running kumho sport for a year or so now, very happy for the money. I get my 195/50/15 for about £20 each

i like rainsport but they have a curved side wall so if your really low then you could get yokos a539 as they dont have curved sidewalls, or you could get 195/40

Same as above, replacing the brand with Toyo.

I'd get Rainsports, F1s or Conti somethings.

contis crack/ perish so i wouldnt advise them.

def go with michelin if you can afford it!! if not b.f goodrich are a good tyre, they are michelins second line tyre, very good alrounder!!

toyo are over marketed middle range tyres, made out to be better than they actually are!!

eagle f1's are wicked and have a nice tread pattern too!!

falken are more budget end of the range and i have known these to wear quickly.

a good middle range tyre is hankook, (last well).

sorry for the essay just though id give ya a summery lol.

1st mitchelin 2nd goodyear eagle f1

agree about the hankooks, but I've never seen Conti crack more than any other tyre tbh.

either way, if you avoid the ones they advertise in 90% of car mags, you'll be fine.

Rainsports are £48 each, unfitted from mytyres.co.uk for a 195/45 16
