Most decent ecu's can run ALS. The turbo will not last long though if you have a very harsh ALS program so you are best to stick to a very mild ALS map.

you will need a decent turbo as rick said, and there is a lot of ecus out there that can run it, including the gotech mfi pro x ecu, which is a good price!
why do you want it, pointless unless you want to gain tiny amounts of time on a rally stage.

Most aftermarket ecu's can run it, its just a case of making them run it right and the engine been of the correct spec.

750+vat is the mfi std ecu, will run on most cars, we fit that to the RS turbos. makes them go well!
pro x is around £425+vat for the ecu alone, not got any in the uk yet, we shall do soon, one will be fitted to a 2.3 fiesta st and the other is destined for a little red corsa......

Wouldnt personally run anti lag on a road car, turbo wont last any longer than a couple of thousand miles. Most Aftermarket ECU's will let you change the ignition advance to run like an NA car until the turbo kicks it then retard it. Not quite as effective as anti lag but a lot less harsh and more road friendly!
